If the answer is not here, email support and include the address you use for Penpal Letter plus a short description of what happened.
Penpal Letter uses Apple and Google sign-in. Use the same provider each time so you return to the same account. If the production app later adds another sign-in method, this answer can be updated without changing the component.
The product is designed for parent-managed child profiles. Parents control the account relationship and approve who the child can correspond with. Exact age and consent rules should follow the launch region.
No — that is part of the point. A Penpal Letter letter can stay as a draft while you return to it, add more, and send it when it feels complete.
Penpal Letter is designed around people you know rather than open discovery. Production connection rules should require an approved relationship before private correspondence can begin.
The collection is designed around the visual language of real postage and real places. If physical fulfilment or postal delivery is enabled, the product should clearly distinguish decorative in-app stamps from postage purchased for mailing.
The production account area should provide the common privacy controls. Until those controls are wired, contact support or [email protected] for a data request.
